1. What we provide

XAU Empire provides trading ideas and market commentary on gold (XAUUSD) for educational and informational purposes only, delivered through private Telegram channels. We are not a licensed financial advisor, broker, or asset manager, and nothing we publish constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions.

2. No guarantee of results

Trading foreign exchange, gold, and CFDs on margin carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. You can lose more than your initial deposit. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Losing trades are a normal part of any strategy, including ours.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Access is sold as recurring or one-time plans. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor, which will appear on your statement. Recurring plans renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period, after which it ends automatically.

4. Refunds — 3-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 3-day money-back guarantee on all plans. If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 3 days (72 hours) of your purchase by contacting us through our Telegram bot. Refunds requested after this 3-day window are not available, as access to the private channel is granted immediately and content is delivered continuously. Refunds are issued to your original payment method where possible; for crypto payments, refunds are sent in the equivalent amount. We reserve the right to decline refund requests in cases of clear abuse (for example, repeated subscribe-and-refund activity).

5. Acceptable use

Your access is personal and non-transferable. You may not share, resell, copy, or redistribute our signals or content, including forwarding messages from the private channel. Doing so results in immediate termination without refund.

6. Intellectual property

All content published by XAU Empire, including signals, analysis, and site materials, remains our property. You receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive licence to use it for your own trading only.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, XAU Empire shall not be liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our content or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your subscription in the preceding three months.

8. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be announced in the channel.
